To be defined by your successes, I believe is an art in it's self, and not an easy thing to do.......We tend to by nature, look at things through the eye's of what we lack or what we still have on our list to get done, not at what we have done and how far we have come.. not feeling the full reward of success of the day.
Even if we accomplished only one thing that we started out to do in a day, that one thing we did we should feel good about.. The Feeling of Accomplishment creates the desire to accomplish more...When we take a negative tone with our self it dismisses our successes. So it is vital to stay in the mind set of success at all times if you want to be defined by it.
You know how when you finish something, how good that feels and you have this feeling of success for that moment...But by nature we don't say, I DID IT, and stay in that feeling , rather we say , I still have so much to do.....Then we tend to go back to the stress of .......I didn't get this done or I still have to ..........
I think it is important to define success in each day within that day..What I mean is that if you can stop at the end of each day and think of the things that you were successful at ... this I believe is the first step to getting on the road to success....Mentally rewarding yourself everyday.... Even if it is just one small accomplishment at a time... This sets a pattern that if kept up will change your out look and define you by your successes. When you feel good about yourself you do better at anything you work at. Less stress better performance. Better performance more success....
